Terms, in plain language

1. Who we are

EPT Lab ("the service") is operated by Oblyx LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact: info@eptlab.io.

2. What the service is — and is not

• EPT Lab is a read-only portfolio tracker: it displays and analyzes financial data you provide (public wallet addresses, CSV/PDF imports, read-only API connections).
• We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, payment institution or investment advisor. We never hold your assets or keys, never execute transactions, and never provide personalized investment advice.
• All content and analytics are educational. Nothing in the service is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

3. Accounts

• An account is identified by an account number and credentials. No legal name or email is required for the core service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Because we hold minimal data about you, we may be unable to recover an account if you lose them.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and may not use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Payments and refunds

• Paid tiers are prepaid (fixed periods, no auto-renewing subscription by default). Supported payment methods are listed at checkout and may include stablecoins (e.g. USDC/USDT).
• Refunds: unused prepaid time is refundable within 30 days of purchase on request to info@eptlab.io.
• Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain; you are responsible for sending the exact amount on the indicated network.

5. Your data

• We practice data minimization: we store only what the service needs to function (see the Transparency page).
• Data you import stays yours. You can export it and you can delete your account and its data at any time.
• We do not sell user data. We do not run third-party ad or analytics trackers.

6. Accuracy — no warranty on numbers

Prices, valuations and analytics depend on third-party market data and on the completeness of what you import. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Always verify numbers against your broker, exchange or bank before acting on them.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblyx LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from investment decisions made using the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and termination

• We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the public changelog with their effective date.
• You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (fraud, attacks, unlawful use).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
